Artist's Description
Sugaring is a traditional rite of early spring in the Northeast. Around the first thaw, all the maple trees are festooned with covered buckets or, more common these days, plastic tubing strung from one to the next. This tree is on the side of the road in the town next to ours. Fortunately for me, the owner of the property is a tradtionalist.
Completed in August, 2013. The price listed for the original includes matting, glazing and framing. Please contact me to discuss delivery arrangements if you're interested in purchasing this painting.
