Bancroft Arch metal print by Steve Hamlin. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

This is one of a series of stone railroad arches not far from our home that dates back to about 1840. Engineered by George Washington Whistler, the bridges were a critical part of the Western Railroad, later the Boston & Albany. This bridge - the only one of the series that can be driven to - is still in use by CSX and Amtrak.

My subject matter reflects three life-long passions: nature, history, and architecture. I have lived most of my life in New England.
